We are looking for an expert trainer to lead a session: “MAPPING STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONAL RISKS: ALIGNMENT WITH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND APPLICATION OF PRACTICAL MODELS”
Required profile
- Proven expertise in banking risk management (strategic/operational)
- Experience in designing training for risk managers
- Mastery of regulatory frameworks (Basel, etc.) and mapping tools
- Knowledge of the challenges of African markets (priority French-speaking Africa)
Missions
- Design and lead practical training (case studies, workshops)
- Adapt the content to the challenges of Beninese banks
